Yoga for Kids 7+
Kids' yoga is a playful, inspiring way for children to grow body, mind, and imagination through movement, games, stories, sound, and creativity. In a calm, supportive space they build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and healthy posture—while improving concentration, self-regulation, and stress skills. Through breathwork, games, and yoga shapes they practise free expression, clearer communication, and respect for themselves, others, and the world around them. The goal isn't perfection—the goal is that each child feels calm, confident, and happy in movement and in themselves.
