Pole Dance
Pole dance merges sport, dance, and artistry—building strength, control, coordination, mobility, and confidence through your own body, music, and technique. You’ll discover multiple styles and levels: • Pole Sport — strength-forward acrobatics with tricks, drills, and combos. • Pole Dance — technique plus choreography with flowing transitions set to music. • Exotic Pole Dance — heels-focused expression with floorwork and artistry. • Pole Dance Beginners — grips, foundations, and approachable combos. • Pole Dance Intermediate — transitions, combos, and early inversions. • Pole Dance Tricks — spins, shapes, drops, and dynamic combos. • Pole Dance Advanced — complex elements on static and spinning poles. • Pole Dance Spinning — flowing control and momentum on a spinning pole. Every session includes warmup, pole work, and stretching—scaled to your group. Typical duration: about 75–90 minutes. Groups host up to 2–3 participants.
