Aerial Yoga for Kids
Benefits of aerial yoga for children include: Building stamina and flexibility: Children learn new physical skills while strengthening muscles and improving flexibility. Coordination and balance: The hammock invites kids to refine coordination, discipline, and balance. Emotional regulation: The practice offers tools to focus and build self-control—and trust in the hammock and their own abilities. Social connection: Group classes help kids socialise safely while supporting and motivating each other. Recommended age to begin group aerial yoga is around 5–6, but every child is unique—contact our team if your child is younger so we can decide together whether it's a fit. We start with foundational poses and techniques and gradually increase difficulty as children grow, respecting how kids' bodies develop.
